Your Society for a Lifetime

Erica Taylor, M.D., M.B.A. has announced that enrollment is open for the summer cohort of the Orthopaedic Diversity Leadership Consortium (ODLC) Leadership Certificate Program. Dr. Taylor is the founder and CEO of ODLC and is a former Gladden Vice President, Treasurer and Mentorship Chair. Dr. Taylor successfully completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program; her national cohort graduated in May 2024.

Making a Difference Through Mentoring

Only 1.9% of practicing orthopaedic surgeons are black. Through multi-faceted mentoring programs, the Gladden Society is cultivating the next generation of underrepresented orthopaedic surgeons.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor or are a medical student, or resident seeking an orthopaedic mentor, visit our mentoring page for more information.
