How to Interview for an Orthopaedic Residency

Introduction for How to Interview for an Orthopaedic Residency:

As medical students approach the highly competitive orthopaedic residency interview season, many are filled with questions about how to stand out and make a strong impression. Understanding what programs are looking for, how to effectively communicate your experiences, and how to navigate the interview process can be challenging without proper guidance. To support students on this critical journey, the J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society (JRGOS) has developed the video series How to Interview for an Orthopaedic Residency. This series is designed to equip medical students with the tools, strategies, and insights necessary to confidently approach interviews and present the best version of the orthopaedic residency application to residency programs.
