Highlights from JFOS 2025

The 2025 JRGOS Foundations of Orthopaedic Surgery Symposium (JFOS) is a signature educational initiative of the J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society, designed to equip the next generation of Orthopaedic Surgeons with the clinical, technical, and professional tools they need to succeed. This year our event was held in Kansas City, Missouri where we hosted over 100 residents and faculty.

More Than Training—A Community for Life

The JFOS experience goes beyond clinical skill-building. Participants shared how the program strengthened their confidence, clarified their goals, and provided meaningful connections with mentors and peers. JRGOS Faculty Members were generous with their insights, creating an environment where every question was welcomed, and every learner was supported.

Registration & Mentorship Lounge

The Mentorship Lounge was a new addition to the program this year, allowing participants to connect with faculty and other residents from across the country, and receive their Just Cause scrubs for the program.
